Majesta Enterprise E.I.R.L. ("Majesta") respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512), Majesta will respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement relating to content uploaded by users (such as product images, logos, or media in conversations).

Filing a Copyright Notice

To report infringing content, send a written notice to the agent above that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and enough information to locate it (e.g., the business name, product, and image URL).
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, Majesta will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and make a good-faith effort to notify the user who uploaded it.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

Repeat Infringers

Majesta maintains a repeat-infringer policy. Accounts that are the subject of repeated, valid infringement notices may have their content removed and their account suspended or terminated.
